Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under their own name or using another person's information — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.3 Registration Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and financial details. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
9naga requires identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, or supporting financial documents. The KYC process is a standard safeguard to ensure the security of all platform members.
Applicants residing in regions or countries restricted by local laws are not eligible to register at 9naga. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of the platform is lawful in their region of residence.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 9naga strongly recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
All activity that takes place within your account is your sole responsibility, including any losses that may occur as a result of negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 9naga support team immediately.
9naga will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
All deposits into a 9naga account must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the 9naga account holder. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned or held pending verification.
4.1 Deposit Methods
9naga accepts a variety of deposit methods including online bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and selected cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except crypto deposits which will be converted automatically.
4.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the platform's deposit page at the time of transaction. 9naga reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with appropriate notice.
9naga does not charge any processing fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by banks or e-wallet providers are beyond 9naga's control.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered in the name of the 9naga account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
5.1 Processing Timeframe
9naga aims to process withdrawals within 24–48 business hours after the request is received and KYC verification is completed. Actual timeframes may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and any additional verification requirements.
5.2 Withdrawal Requirements
9naga reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing if there are signs of fraudulent activity or breach of terms.
All bonuses and promotions at 9naga are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Most deposit bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount received before you can withdraw funds associated with that bonus.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
Attempts to abuse the 9naga bonus system through multiple registrations, repeated deposits and withdrawals solely to claim bonuses without genuine intent to play, or any form of bonus fraud, will result in bonus cancellation, rejection of related withdrawals, and possible account closure.
All games at 9naga use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the relevant game information.
In the event of a technical failure during a game session, 9naga will use server records to determine the exact game status. Server decisions are final in all disputes relating to game outcomes.
Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the gaming system is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.

In cases of closure due to a breach, account balances may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
